Milo considers himself a student first and foremost. He brings a strong passion for learning and teaching. His workouts are challenging, fun and technical. Milo has trained in a variety of martial arts for over 12 years, he has a background in wrestling, boxing, Muay Thai Kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He lives and breathes martial arts, always looking and learning to improve himself and helping others in their training.

Marcy Hilario has been Kickboxing for over 10 years. She is committed to working hard and enjoys training Kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Known for her intense cardio warm-ups, Marcy encourages her students to workout hard and motivates them to do their very best.

Max has been training Jiu-Jitsu for a number of years. He is an active competitor as well as a top finisher in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu tournaments both in Canada and the United States. Along with his strong fighting spirit, he has a friendly and easy-going nature. We are happy to have Max as a part of our team.

Yusuke has been training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for over 7 years. He brings a high level of knowledge and experience to our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program. He is an avid competitor, with medalling results. Yusuke has a tremendous drive to the best Jiu-Jitsu Practioner he can be, making him a very valuable part of the Apex Family.
